The KYOS Collaborate Module lets users annotate pages and fields for their own use and for sharing. These annotations are linked to the specific regions of the pages, but are not directly part of the chart. The annotations may be sorted and shared as necessary, and form a great way to communicate issues, ideas and thoughts through time and amoung users.

Thoughts, insights, comments, and analyzes can be captured and shared easily. All entries can be searched by date, topic and author. Furthermore, each entry is linked to a place on a page, allowing relationships between comments and the patient data to be exact and easily found.
Share Comments and Insights Securely
In addition, because annotations, comments, and highlights are retained in a separate database, successful audit response can now be studied to find best practice/documentation. Being able to keep historical track of response to audit enables organizational learning.
Easily Collate Responses with Record Pages
As the Audit Response Manager, you can now collate all your team's responses into a single report. Annotated images can be converted to PDF and incorporated into your report. You can selectively publish your team's comments and annotations with your response letter to complete your response.
